Lee Young Ji donates 100 million KRW for flood recovery

Rapper and Gen Z icon Lee Young Ji donated 100 million KRW (about $76,658 USD) for flood recovery in Korea. 

On August 4th, Lee Young Ji's YouTube show 'No Prepare (No Charim)' came to a season finale. At the end of the video, Lee Young Ji relayed a thank you message to 14,916 subscribers who bought her merch so that she could donate the proceeds from the sale. She also made a donation in her channel's name to show gratitude to her subscribers.

Her own money combined with the proceeds from the merch, Lee Young Ji donated a total of 100 million KRW to help those affected by the flood on August 2nd.
