In a regrettable series of events, Red Velvet's Irene and Seulgi were reportedly unable to attend a Beyoncé concert in London due to ticket complications.
Seulgi, a long-time Beyoncé fan, had earlier shared her excitement about securing tickets to the singer's concert at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on the social media platform DearU Bubble.
However, upon their arrival in London, fans noticed a visibly distressed Irene and Seulgi outside the concert venue, apparently due to issues related to their tickets.
A concerned fan relayed the incident on Twitter, stating that they had observed Red Velvet members Irene and Seulgi experiencing difficulties gaining entry to the concert venue. Opting not to intrude during what seemed like a stressful situation, especially as the concert had already commenced, the fan surmised that the duo might have mistakenly approached the wrong entrance. The fan further expressed hope that Irene and Seulgi managed to rectify the situation and gain entry eventually.
"IM WORKING AT BEYONCÉ AND JUST CAME OUT THE OFFICE AND THEY WERE RIGHT THERE ABOUT TO GET THEIR TICKETS SCANNED. I DIDNT APPROACH BC THE SHOW HAD ALREADY STARTED AND THEY WERE CLEARLY STRESSED. I THINK THEY CAME TO THE WRONG GATE BC THEY GOT TURNED AWAY. I HOPE THEY GOT IN"

As time flew by, fans speculated that Irene and Seulgi may have not attended the concert at all, and that was later confirmed with an image shared by the same user.
Several hours following the unfortunate incident, Seulgi returned to DearU Bubble to share their story. She explained that despite successfully scanning their own tickets, they ran into trouble with the staff member accompanying them. Wishing to assist their team member, Irene and Seulgi headed to the ticket booth office. However, upon attempting to re-enter the venue, security denied them access as their tickets had already been scanned.
ReVeluvs, the ardent fans of Red Velvet, expressed their dismay at the situation, offering their sympathies and voicing hope that Irene and Seulgi would have a more favorable experience next time.
Yes, the ticketing at our venues is evil, you have to be SO careful, there seem to be hundreds of ways it can go wrong and you can't get in, from not being able to log in to various apps, to electronic tickets vanishing into cyberspace never to be seen again.
.
However, I'm surprised that they weren't given wristbands or a stamp of some sort. That's what has always happened to me, ticket is scanned/removed, wrist stamped to allow re-entry to the venue. Festivals usually give you a non-removable wristband.
