INFINITE's Kim Sung Kyu had time to communicate closely with the fans who had been waiting for him for two years.
Kim Sung Kyu released his fourth mini-album ‘SAVIOR’ on April 22 at 6 PM KST and also held his concert ‘2022 KIM SUNG KYU CONCERT-LV' at 8 PM on the same day. Kim Seong Kyu's solo concert 'LV' Seoul performance will be held from April 22 to 24 at Jamsil Indoor Stadium in Seoul. Thanks to the enthusiastic response from fans following the news of the Seoul concert, a total of 4 additional performances will be held in Busan and Daegu after the Seoul concert.
Kim Sung Kyu revealed that the 'LV' in the title of the concert has the meaning of 'Light & Voice.' Kim Seong Kyu explained the meaning of light, saying, "This is a performance to the audience members who are like rays of light to me." He continued, “Voice represents my voice. As those of you who have seen my performance last year will know, this time, I prepared a 100% live performance with a band.”
This concert hall was filled with Kim Sung Kyu's live singing with a live band. He started off the performance with the first song being "SAVIOR," the title track to his new album that was released on this day.
Kim Sung Kyu sang two more songs and went on to greet his fans. He couldn't help but smile widely as it was the first tie he was able to meet his fans face to face in two years. He explained, "Everything seems the same. The social distance regulation was lifted starting this week. The singer also shared how he felt while preparing for the concert and shared, "This was the moment I missed so much so I really enjoyed preparing for the performances and I am so happy while I am performing right now."
