What did Jungkook do when an ARMY wanted to give a rose to him during the BTS concert but she couldn't reach him?

During BTS' "PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE — SEOUL", there was an ARMY who wanted to give JUNGKOOK a rose but the fan couldn’t reach JUNGKOOK. How was the fan able to give the rose to JUNGKOOK?
