BTOB's Eunkwang has tested positive for COVID-19, approximately a week before his group's scheduled comeback.
On February 15, Cube Entertainment revealed, "Back on February 14, Eunkwang experienced symptoms of a sore throat and took a preliminary test using a self-test kit. The test result showed negative, but Eunkwang still decided to undergo a PCR test as a precaution, and on February 15, he was notified that his PCR test result had returned positive."
The agency continued, "The remaining BTOB members will undergo PCR tests immediately and will quarantine themselves until their test results are out. Meanwhile, Eunkwang has so far completed his second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. He plans on halting all activities temporarily and is currently following the orders of healthcare authorities."
Meanwhile, BTOB plan to make a comeback as a full group for the first time in 4 years with their 3rd full album, 'Be Together', set for release on February 21 at 6 PM KST.
