K-pop fandoms send message of support to Stray Kids, Chung Ha, and the fans who are caught in a sandstorm in Saudi Arabia

On January 14, Saudia Arabia was hit with a severe sand storm causing a postponement in a concert in Riyadh.
K-Pop artists Chung Ha and Stray Kids were invited to this event as special guests. Many K-pop fans in Saudia Arabia were excited as there was news of their arrival a few days before the concert.
However, the concert was canceled due to the severe sandstorm at the open venue where the artists were to perform. Since the news hit the web, K-pop fandoms have begun a trend sharing messages of hope and wishing the safety of the K-pop artists and the fans.
Soon, the hashtags #CHUNGHAinRyiadh, #StrayKids_in_Riyadh, #STAY_SKZ_BE_SAFE, and #CHUNGHA_BE_SAFE trended on Twitter as fans have shared various tweets on this matter. As a symbol of support, these fandoms shared photos of their idols' lightsticks in hopes everyone caught in the sandstorm get out safely.
absolutely love the initiative of the people to use lightsticks to direct others to safety. brilliant usage of the lightstick, be it from whichever fandom. massive props to everyone that helped out.
