Actress Shin Min Ah donates 100 million won to help disadvantaged children afford COVID-19 treatments

Actress Shin Min Ah has made a donation of 100 million won (~$84,296 USD) to help disadvantaged children afford treatment resources related to COVID-19.

On December 29 KST, one exclusive media outlet reported that Shin Min Ah recently made a donation of 100 million won to the Korea Developmental Support Association, in order to help children who are having difficult times due to COVID-19. The resources provided by Shin Min Ah's donation includes therapy, as well as more treatment supplies for children.

Shin Min Ah is well known for consistently having made generous donations throughout her career as an actress. This year, due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic, Shin Min Ah made the decision to make a donation in order to help children who are unable to access the necessary health resources.

This is commendable. Some people think COVID will go away on its own, but it takes lots of vitamins and equipment (nebulizer/oxygen) to treat patients so that COVID after-effects will not be lasting. Many of these are expensive.
