BTS's "Butter" spends another week as number 1 on Billboard HOT 100. The global boy group's hit song is now the longest leading hit of 2021, beating out the eight-week record of Olivia Rodrigo's "Drivers License."
According to Billboard, "'Butter,' released on HYBE/BigHit Music/Columbia Records, drew 30.5 million radio airplay audience impressions (down 1%) and 8.1 million U.S. streams (down 8%) in the week ending July 29, according to MRC Data."
Just last week, "Butter" replaced BTS' other track, "Permission to Dance," which debuted at No. 1 on the Hot 100 a week earlier. BTS's "Butter" is now on its ninth week as number 1 on the top music chart in the U.S.
With this, BTS has now topped Billboard's HOT 100 for the 15th time since last year's "Dynamite."
