All members of The Boyz have tested negative for COVID-19, according to reports on May 7. However, member Jooyeon has been identified as having had primary contact with a COVID-19 positive carrier, and thus he will need to quarantine himself until May 18. 

[UPDATE] Cre.Ker Entertainment has confirmed that as a result of Jooyeon's quarantine order, The Boyz will halt all schedules temporarily until May 18.

Previously, a back dancer from the recording set of Mnet's 'Kingdom' tested positive for COVID-19. As a result, all competing teams and staff members underwent testing. So far, Stray Kids and SF9 have confirmed that all members received negative test results. Similar to The Boyz's Jooyeon, SF9 member Taeyang has been placed under a 14-day quarantine as well for having had primary contact with the back dancer. 

Meanwhile, Mnet's ongoing boy group competition program 'Kingdom' features The Boyz, iKON, BTOB, SF9, Stray Kids, and ATEEZ. The show is hosted by TVXQ's Changmin.
