Berry Good have officially announced their disbandment.

On May 12, JTG Entertainment announced they've been acquired by Star Wave Entertainment, and after discussions with the Berry Good members, the girl group have been disbanded. Johyun, who has an ongoing contract with JTG Entertainment, will be joining Star Wave Entertainment, while Sehyung has decided to dissolve her contract. 

JTG stated, "We wish to thank Sehyung deeply for the time she spent promoting as a member of Berry Good despite hardships, such as the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, JTG Entertainment has decided to end the girl group Berry Good after careful consideration. Thank you for caring about and loving Berry Good. Please continue to give a lot of encouragement and support to the members who left Berry Good and went their own way."

Berry Good debuted with "Love Letter", a remake of the song released by Click-B in 2000, in May of 2014. After a number of member changes, only Johyun and Sehyung remained when the girl group was disbanded. Their last promotions were for "Time for Me" this past January.
