BLACKPINK's Jennie hits 1M subscribers on YouTube within a few hours

BLACKPINK's Jennie's YouTube channel has surpassed 1M subscribers in less than a day.

On January 16th, the popular idol opened up her own YouTube channel to celebrate her 25th birthday. It was reported that her channel amassed a million subscribers after 7 hours of opening (6 hours after her public announcement) and 1.16 M subscribers after 12 hours, making her channel one of the fastest YouTube channels to hit 1M subscribers. 

On January 17 at 1:36 AM KST, Jennie's channel had 1.24M subscribers. Take a look at her channel here.
