BTS has just dropped their self-made album 'BE' and 'Life Goes On' MV on November 20 for their much-awaited comeback, and ARMY around the world are rejoicing.

Fans are beyond impressed when they found out Jungkook is officially credited for 4 different roles for this comeback and BE album; MV Director, Composer/Songwriter, Production Coordination and Background Vocal.

MV Director

Jungkook is credited as Director for 'Life Goes On' MV, his first official debut as director 3 years after his first GCF in 2017. He is also the Project Manager for MV productions, supervisingall the processes that went into the MV making, and worked closely with the MV directing team, including Assistant Directors Yong Seok Choi and Jihye Yoon (Lumpens).

Jungkook stated in the BE press conference that the most important element of the MV is genuineness and the real depiction of BTS members' lives during this pandemic. He wanted to express the sadness and longing that was felt because the tour was canceled and because of how much they are missing ARMY. Even though Jungkook still feels shy being called a "Director," he said it was a great opportunity for him. He definitely has dreams of making a spectacular music video in the future.

The music video received many praises from fans, media and even professionals. Jordan Orme, Filmmaker and Editor who has worked with Justin Bieber and Post Malone, left a comment for Jungkook on ‘Life Goes On’ MV on Youtube, saying, “OKKAYY DIRECTOR JUNGKOOK!”

Composer and Songwriter

Jungkook is officially credited as composer and songwriter for 2 songs in the BE album, i.e., ‘Stay’ and ‘잠 시’ (Telepathy). 

’Stay,’ which is the 7th track of the album, is Jungkook, RM, and Jin subunit song. Jungkook co-composed and co-wrote the song with Arston, RM and Jin. 

Fun fact: The 23-year-old star famous for his self-produced song ‘Still With You’ revealed on Vlive that he originally intended ‘Stay’ for his mixtape as the last track. The original song was also titled ‘Stay,’ and it was in full English. Then V introduced the song to the members and company staff as it was so good, which led to the song being included in the BE album. 

Jungkook co-composed and co-wrote ‘Telepathy’ with Suga, El Capitxn, Hiss Noise, and RM. El Capitxn and Hiss Noise produce the song.  

Production Coordination

Jungkook is officially credited for Production Coordination for BE album alongside Jin, Suga, and J-hope. 

The production coordinator's exact responsibilities may vary by company, but essential duties include coordinating various groups and personnel that come together for the album making. The role requires adept organizational skills, resourcefulness and the ability to handle a multitude of tasks simultaneously under often high-pressure situations.

Background vocals

The main vocalist of BTS is also credited as Background vocals in 4 tracks of the BE album, i.e. ‘Life Goes On,’ ‘Telepathy,’ ‘Dis-ease,’ and ‘Stay.’
