TOP Media To Take Legal Action Against Malicious Commenters


On August 27, TOP Media announced that they will be taking legal against the malicious commenter. They said,”Many malicious posts with defamation, personal attacks, slander and even sexual harassment are being spread in the internet about our artist.”

Again, they added,”We have request a formal investigation with the cyber investigation team, and also filed a complaint regarding this issue at the Seoul Gangnam Police Station for violations of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection “

They also said,”We will do our best to protect our artist from any malicious commenters, and will respond strongly to reckless, malicious posts.”
