Kim Jong Min and weather forecaster Hwang Mina have ended their on-screen relationship. 

On the last episode of 'Flavor of Love' season 1, Kim Jong Min met with the producers and announced the breakup with Hwang Mina. 

He explained, "In the beginning, I really had thoughts about marriage. I approached it as if it's not a show." Kim Jong Min admitted he had true feelings, saying, "I was sincere. I really liked it, to be honest. I liked being with Mina. I loved the heart flutters when I was alone with her."

However, Kim Jong Min said, "It's been a while since I've contacted her. We told each other to stay in touch but it was hard because I was busy with album preparation." He continued, "Filming was the only time I got to meet Mina. But now I think about it, she probably thought I only met her when I work."

He added, "In other shows, the producers gave me many questions about Hwang Mina, and there were also articles saying we probably get married in the fall. Can you imagine how overwhelming this could be for her? I'm used to this but it probably wasn't easy for her to handle."

As for Mina's feelings, Kim Jong Min said, "I think she couldn't handle it since it's her first (public relationship). There was probably a lot of talks and it wasn't just about us two but also about our families. I just hope my time with her doesn't become a pain or a trauma to her."

Back in November, Kim Jong Min and Hwang Mina officially started their on-screen relationship. Their on-screen romance has come to an end after nearly 4 months.
