Jinyoung shared thoughts on EXO's D.O.

On January 3, Jinyoung held a cafe interview in light of his new film 'Inside Me.' The B1A4 member shared he always had a great passion for acting. Jinyoung said, "I really wanted to start acting since I was in the 8th grade. I lived in Chungju (around 130km/80 miles from Seoul) but I came to Seoul every weekend to attend acting school and also played many minor roles. My dreams for acting started then."

Jinyoung continuously appeared in various productions but ultimately made his debut as an idol because his former agency, WM Entertainment, recommended he do so. 

Following his debut, Jinyoung actively promoted as a singer but also continued acting. He successfully proved his acting skills through the hit drama 'Moonlight Drawn by Clouds' and more. 

Now, he is known as one of the top idol actors in the industry, alongside D.O. When asked about his thoughts on D.O., Jinyoung said, "I don't have any rivalry feelings toward D.O. I'm the type that only focuses on my business. D.O. is a talented actor. I haven't seen 'Swing Kids' yet but I'm pretty sure he did well." 

He continued, "I don't have any rivalry against him at all. I only focus on my things and care only for the criticism on me. I have never thought of him as a rival when I promoted as a singer either."
