Research-based analytics company 'Gallup Korea' carried out a survey from November 7-30 to determine which actors/actresses had the most successful year of promotions in 2018.

In 1st and 2nd place came tvN drama 'Mister Sunshine' leads Lee Byung Hun and Kim Tae Ri, respectively. Following up in 3rd and 5th place, respectively, were JTBC drama 'Pretty Noona Who Buys Me Food' stars Son Ye Jin and Jung Hae In. In between the 3rd and 5th place star, securing the 4th place position, was none other than Park Bo Gum. The actor was able to maintain his ranking from last year at #4 for the second year in a row. Other than his currently airing series 'Boyfriend', the analytics company determined that Park Bo Gum was able to maintain his ranking from last year without any drama or movie promotions. 

6th place went to actress Jang Mi Hee of KBS2's 'Shall We Live Together'. Actress Seo Hyun Jin, the female lead of JTBC drama 'Beauty Inside', made the list at #7, followed by actor Choi Soo Jong of drama 'My Only One' in 8th place. 9th place went to fellow 'Shall We Live Together' actor Yoo Dong Geun. Finally, the 10th place went to actor Gong Yoo, who did not return to the small-screen in 2018.

Other stars who made the list, in order, include: So Ji Sub, Park Seo Joon, UEE, Ji Sung, Kim Hee Sun, and more.
