IU has decided to renew her contract with Kakao M (formerly LOEN Entertainment)!
Kakao M told media outlets on July 18, "We are very happy to be able to continue our 10-year relationship with IU, who is one of the top solo female musicians of Korea. We will support her fully with unchanging dedication so that IU can promote in her many facets as a great artist and actress."
Reports also added that despite the fact that IU's contract with Kakao M does not expire for another vew months, the artist decided to make a quick decision based on her trust toward Kakao M.
Meanwhile, Kakao M is the head general contents platform management to music labels such as Fave Entertainment, Cre.Ker Entertainment, Starship Entertainment, King Kong by Starship, Plan A Entertainment, E&T Story Entertainment, etc.
