Hui delivered his very last performance on 'Breakers'.
On June 8, the singer-songwriters of 'Breakers' performed their final stages. Since it would be their last chance to showcase their talents, all the artists gave it their best to prepare songs that were personal to themselves. As a finalist, Pentagon's Hui also considered the song deeply, and opened up about his burdens as a leader of an idol group. When he shared the finalized version with his members prior to the performance, member Kino observed, "I think because you are a leader, that feeling of responsibility must have been weighing down on you a lot."
During his interview, Hui shared, "I always knew that I had to live life to the fullest, but I was also curious to know the reason for that -- the reason for living." Then, talking about his Pentagon members, Hui revealed that the members were always the "first ones to lend a hand" in times of real distress.
Dedicating such thoughts, Hui took to the stage and sang his final song "For You" as a way to thank his members and his own family. As Hui sang, the members of Pentagon listened with the rest of the audiences, and even shed a few drops of tears.
