On the March 29 'V Live' broadcast, the actor spoke briefly about 'Little Forest', which hit the theaters only a month ago. While discussing the film, he brought up his strong friendship with the two actresses from the project, Kim Tae Ri and Jin Ki Joo. 

Ryu Joon Yeol started, "Even when we were filming the movie, I told them I was too busy whenever they asked me to hang out. But now, they are way busier than I am. Both are filming dramas; Jin Ki Joo will be starting another drama after 'Misty'. It's not easy to meet them."

The actor also shared the time he gave them handwritten letters, "When I met them, I gave each of them a letter. They still tease me about that and ask why I even gave them the letters [it was too much], they were embarrassed."
