On January 9, actors, actresses, and the staff of upcoming film 'Heung Bu' attended its press conference, held at the Lotte Cinema in Seoul.
MC Park Kyung Lim began, "It seems best to begin with a talk about the late Kim Joo Hyuk, who is not able to be with us today." 'Heung Bu' is one of the late Kim Joo Hyuk's last productions prior to his unfortunate passing, along with action film 'Agitation'.
Jung Woo, the male lead actor for 'Heung Bu' with the late Kim Joo Hyuk, took up the mic as a representative of all cast and staff in attendance. He briefly shared, "I don't know what to say to you. I miss him so much. I miss him so much," eyes turning red.
Meanwhile, 'Heung Bu' tells the story of the author who wrote the famous Korean folktale, Heungbu and Nolbu, inspired by real-life siblings the author happened to know at the time. It will premiere in theaters this February.
