On September 7, his label told media outlets, "Choi Phillip will be holding a wedding ceremony on November 4 with his girlfriend, a non-celebrity 9 years younger." 

According to reports, Choi Phillip met his girlfriend in church, and they will be getting married after a year of dating. Congratulations!
