Ticketing site YES24 will be taking legal actions against those who used a so-called macro system to purchase concert tickets. 
On August 24, a representative of YES24 announced, "We are preparing to sue Cho and 6 others who continuously used macro to purchase a mass amount of EXO, SHINee, and other idol group's concert tickets. Previously, we met and warned Cho, and even signed a contract [with him] stating he will never again purchase tickets this way. However, he was found using the macro system to purchase SHINee concert tickets again."

It was revealed that Cho purchased 320 tickets to SHINee's upcoming concert using the macro system. Cho and 6 others who utilized the unethical method to buy and sell tickets to other buyers are expected to face penalties following a trial.
