10 Things we want gone in 2016
K-Pop has a lot to love but also a couple things to dislike. Like anything in this world, nothing is perfect (feel free to say otherwise about your bias), but some of these things are just so annoying that we need them to go. Banished even. Check out 5 things K-Pop fans don't need in 2016!

Gangnam Style

We get it, PSY's "Gangnam Style" was beyond viral. We don't hate it but we do not need another ill-knowledged first time K-Pop fan parading around shouting "Open Condom Style" and doing the horse dance willy nilly while we grind our teeth into dust. For the sake of 2016...hold your horses and give it a rest already.
3.
Disbandments/Hiatus
via GIPHY
Too many groups either disbanded, lost a member (or in Youngji's case, everyone), or simply took the longest hiatus on the earth. We don't want our beloved idols running ragged but we need to survive 2016 with at least ONE single. Do it for the kids!
4.
More Rookie Groups
via GIPHY
Everyone loves a new rookie group or two. There is plenty of talent out there and fresh faces liven up the mix, but if I am drowning in look alike groups with vocals as good as my grandma at an all night karaoke session, I'll have to ask you to exit stage left. (insert sassy emoji here)
5.
Fan Wars

Although it may be unavoidable, we seriously do not have to create world war III over which idol is all that. I like this, you like that, end of story. Spread the Hallyu wave, not hate!

Visiting LA Only
via GIPHY
How many hearts have been broken over the news of idols coming overseas, only to find out it is in LA?
Now this is just coming from all the greedy fans on the East coast, but we feel deprived! LA is closer to Korea and is full of Korean towns, restaurants, and more but New York city and other places need to see idols too! Let's hope this is one of the first things to change in 2016.
7.
Twerking
via GIPHY
Although it is a fun dance and there are plenty of idols working it on stage (I see you, HyunA, girl!), this dance craze needs to simmer down in the back burners a bit. Everyone is twerking! Even in the most minor of choreography, Twerking seems to find its way into the most simplest of dances. No hate against it, but there must be some other dance move we can do!

Limited K-Pop Merch
via GIPHY
Unless your favorite group is substantially growing in the eyes of the public, it is basically impossible to get groups like Tahiti or HIGH4 on a dang sock! We get it, they are new, but what about groups like Nine Muses or TEEN TOP? Unless you enjoy endless searches and ordering custom merch online, we have to keep waiting for the near future.
9.
SoundCloud Covers
via GIPHY
I know that the purpose of SoundCloud is for anyone to drop their latest mixtape, single or cover of whatever song they want to sing to, but lord can it get annoying. The next time I take a shower and search for Taeyeon's "I," I want to hear her, not the 7 other people who are trying to sing while I'm trapped in the shower until I dry off and change it. Less covers, more song uploads please.

Drama Website's Chat boxes
via GIPHY
Some may know this pain and others will soon experience it. I am not against the chat box feature, as I love sharing the feels and experience I have with each and every drama. However, I don't want to wait for the episode to buffer with the chat box over the video announcing "I can't believe he dies in this episode" or "OMG they kissed and she saw!" The ultimate spoiler thrown in my face. Betrayed by my own people. T-T

All Radios That Don't Play K-Pop
via GIPHY
It's 2016!!! If there can be a whole radio station dedicated to random noises (EDM), bluegrass and spa music, I'm pretty damn sure K-Pop can be thrown somewhere into the mix. I don't need any special DJ, just plug in an iPod or Youtube playlist and call it a day my good friends at any radio station!
