We all do reckless things when we are young, but the line should be drawn when you put other people's lives in danger.
SBS's 'News8' reported Tuesday that police booked a 16-year-old, identified by his surname Hwang, who drove a vehicle with a man hanging from the back window. At the time, Hwang was without a license.
According to the report, Hwang had gotten into an altercation with 36-year-old mail deliveryman Yoon, over switching lanes. Hwang, afraid that his underage and no-license status would be discovered, tried to make a getaway with Yoon dangling from the back window of the vehicle.

Hwang drove a total of 200 meters (~.12 miles) before he was caught by the police. His two friends, who were in the back seat, bolted as soon as the Hwang stopped the vehicle. Aside from slight scratches, Yoon didn't suffer any major injuries.
When investigated by the police, Hwang testified that he drove the vehicle, which was a car rented by a neighbor, out of curiosity.
