Jessi reminded everyone once again that 'Unpretty Rapstar' is a 'competition,' getting real with the contestants on the show.
One of the contestants, KittiB, bravely pointed out, "If you want to rap in Korea, you have to write your lyrics in Korean," referring to Jessi's tendency to use English in her verses. Jessi shot back, "Why don't you focus on your rap?" Uh oh. Do I sense some drama here?

Jessi wasn't the only one getting real on the second episode of 'Unpretty Rapstar 2.' Cheetah, the winner from the show's prior season, criticized Gilme's rap. She stressed, "The reason that there are songs is because there is a story to tell." After watching Gilme practice her parts, Cheetah said, "I didn't feel the need for Gilme's song to exist," perhaps implying the story Gilme told through her rap wasn't impactful or impressive enough.
Fortunately, drama wasn't the only thing unfolding on the latest 'Unpretty Rapstar.' The rappers showed some love for each other to balance out all the shade that was being thrown around. Wonder Girls' Yubin claimed to be big fan of Jessi! She gushed, "I've been Jessi's fan from the beginning. I love you," expressing her undying loyalty for the 'fierce unnie' rapper.
Jessi also had some good things to say about Yubin! After hearing Yubin's rap, Jessi complimented, "Honestly, I never thought that Yubin could rap well. But she did well. I was so shocked after hearing her rap."
