Yesterday, through KBS 2TV's 'Entertainment Relay', his ex's lawyer revealed that Kim Hyun Joong had refused to go all together for a DNA test. Today, through MBC's 'Section TV', the lawyer further revealed, "We were told [of Kim Hyun Joong getting a DNA test] and the order to get the DNA test for the child in a one-sided way. We were shocked and asked if we could meet to talk about it, and their side refused it by saying, 'We don't want to meet up at all'. Her psychological and physical pain got deeper from this."

He added, "We hope he gets checked at a hospital or an organization that both sides can trust. We will go to the judiciary branch to decide who will decide on the child's name, parental rights, custody rights, as well as who can love the child more."
