In the clip, a car can be seen speeding down a foggy road. The fog is so thick that the driver can hardly see anything before him/her. By the time another car can be seen, it's too late. A woman can be heard screaming, "Oh my God," when the crash occurs. Considering that this accident took place near the Incheon International Airport, it's possible that the passengers of the vehicle were tourists.
Around the 0:35 mark, another car crashes into the vehicle next to it then slams into the rail. The driver of this car gets out of the vehicle and walks to the side. Looks like it was a good idea, since soon after, a bus runs into his abandoned car.
Scary.
