Shinhwa's Dongwan will be returning to the entertainment industry through musical 'Hedwig'!
Dongwan has confirmed his appearance in the musical, where he'll be playing the main character Hedwig, a transgender rocker. He's been staying away from the industry for a bit since earlier this year in March, where he went to Canada to study language abroad.

He actually had played in 'Hedwig' before in 2011. A musical insider said, "Dongwan is an actor with a lot of good points. On the outside, he has a strong, masculine image, and on the inside, he has a gaze that's detailed but deep. It's enough to steal the hearts of the audience."
'Hedwig' is actually reaching its 10th anniversary soon. It opened in 2005 and has sold out every one of its shows. Dongwan will be joining the cast in late July.
