Ock Joo Hyun dedicated the cover to Lee Hyori on her Twitter and shared, "Ruby... To Leader Hyori... ??," and a clip of herself playing the piano and singing to "Ruby".
The lyrics, "Okay, I will send you off. I don't expect anything," especially caught attention of fans because of how perfectly it fit with her situation. Ock Joo Hyun then hit her head on the piano and hilariously yelled to the camera, "Now leave," sending Lee Hyori off to her man, Lee Sang Soon.
