In the SBS drama 'Fashion King' Shin Se Kyung and Yuri played the two rivals 'Lee Ga Young' and 'Choi Anna' respectively, who competed against each other for the same career goals as well as the same man. The cake was sent by the girl group member to support her drama co-star.
