Brown Eyed Girls' rapper Miryo, and former member of the hip hop group 'Honey Family', revealed the reason behind why she decided to join the cast of Mnet's hip hop program 'Show Me the Money'.
Before heading onto the stage to perform "Abracadabra" with amateur rapper Ko Young Bin, Miryo stated in an interview, "I have been doing music for over 10 years now and I'm the type of person that has a lot of pride in my music. However, the public only views me as the 'rapper of Brown Eyed Girls."
She continued, "I have been very thirsty for my own music broadcast activities, so I hope 'Show Me the Money' will be of a big help to me."
Leessang's Gary, who was also active in 'Honey Family', praised Miryo saying, "When I first met Miryo, I was surprised to see a woman who rapped so well. Her voice, rhythm, lyrics, and her style. She's a person who has all that it takes."
Check out her performance from this week below!
