Girl group T-ara is celebrating their 3rd anniversary this year, and the girls will finally be fulfilling their wishes by holding their first fan club ceremony at Kyunghee University on July 14th.
The girls promoted the event by taking a photo where they're seen holding a poster with a handwritten message which announces the event, and date. Fans are already curious to know what kind of activities will take place at the fan club ceremony. Fans can also vote for the official fan club name at the fant-ara Daum cafe.
T-ara debuted in 2009 with "Lie", and has received endless love and support for songs such as "Bo Peep Bo Beep", "Roly Poly", "Lovey Dovey", and more, trending a number of their addictive dance moves.
Meanwhile, T-ara recently crossed over to Japan on April 23rd to focus on Japanese promotions, and will be returning with a new album this Summer.
What would you suggest for T-ara's official fan club name?
Final Choices:
1. Tarathenas
Meaning 'T-ara goddesses' by combining T-ara + Athena + s Since the girls have the beauty and talent of artistic goddesses, the creator submitted this name to mean world domination (that they will dominate the world).
2. Tiramisu
Meaning 'Raise me up' by combining the Italian words Tirare (to draw/pull) + Mi (me) + Su (up). The official name can also be interpreted as 'Raising T-ara up'.
3. Apollo
Apollo is the god of sun as well as the god of music. T-ara's debut date, July 29th, is also Apollo's day. The name can also be interpreted as 'Apollo, the god of music who protects/watches over T-ara'.
4. T-aracastle
The name can be interpreted as the queen's castle/fortress & T-ara and their fans' space.
5. Snowdrop
Having the flower mean hope, the name can be interpreted as T-ara and their fans being each others' hope.
6. Laonjangi (Happy person)
Taking the word that means happy/pleasant/fun purely in our language andadding "jangi" to mean happy person, the meaning behind the name is we are happy because we are with T-ara.
