There are quite a few idols out there that are known for their ssanti (slang for cheap, somewhat crazy, non idol like) personality. 2PM's Wooyoung is definitely one of them because of his hilarious ssanti dance performances on the various variety shows. Recently, Wooyoung revealed the person who taught him the ways of ssanti. Wooyoung revealed on this week's Strong Heart that Psy is his ssanti mentor. He told a story on Strong Heart stating, "After I showed a ssanti dance on SBS Star King, Kang Ho Dong approached me and asked me, 'Do you want me to raise you?' He started treating me differently." He continued, "I decided to start dancing after seeing Michael Jackson do the moonwalk when I was 6-years-old. But when I saw Psy's "Bird" dance in 6th grade, something changed in me. I thought to myself that this was the right path for me. I studied his music videos and sang "Bird" whenever I went to karaoke. That naturally led to small dance performances during school trips and now I even became a singer." He finally added, "Psy gave me more confidence and shock than Michael Jackson. I'm so honored to meet him here." He then bowed to Psy as a way to show his respect.
