It's been announced that Gil Hak Mi, the second runner up of Superstar K will be releasing her first mini album on March 25th! Unlike the other contestants of the show, she has been on the down-low in regards to her activities, only showing short clips of her preparations on the follow-up show of Superstar K called Superstar K, an Unfinished Story. A representative revealed, "Gil Hak Mi will be releasing a mini-album consisting of six tracks and will begin her formal activities." Her album coming out on the 25th is expected to be a hot mix of hip hop, electronic and pop. Many notable names, including composer Park Geuntae, Rollercoaster's Jinu, musical director of Boys over Flowers Oh Joon Sung and more contributed to her album, making this debut quite a big deal for fans! Gil Hak Mi has received a lot of love from viewers of the show last year due to her extraordinary stage presence and impressive singing and rapping. After her TV debut, she signed a contract with Bobby Kim's company, Oscar Entertainment and has been preparing for her official debut ever since. At the beginning of 2010, she went to New York in order to work on her album and also to learn more about fashion. Gil Hak Mi said, "I would like to follow in the footsteps of the artist I have always looked up to, Bobby Kim. I want to show everything I have on stage."
