We are only just a few hours away from seeing Kara making their comeback with their new hit song, Lupin on M! Countdown but it was revealed on the 24th that they would be debuting in Japan as early as this summer. Having completed a successful showcase in Japan earlier this month to a rapturous reception from 4000+ fans and 100+ media, DSP Media is preparing to move Kara into the lucrative Japanese music industry. Many Japanese entertainment companies' representatives were also present to size their potential. A DSP representative expressed,
"There are plans for Kara to release their debut album around the period of June/July. This is because of the great reception from fans and the media when Kara had a showcase earlier this month."So it looks like the Kara girls won't be getting much rest after they finish their Korean promotions for their new album as they get set to make inroads into the Japanese market this summer.
