Singer Yoon Min-soo shared a recent photo of his son, Yoon Hoo, on January 1 via his personal account.
The caption read, “Eating after a sauna during winter break.” The photo reveals Yoon Hoo’s current appearance after enrolling at the prestigious University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in the United States, capturing fans’ attention. Many were surprised by his mature look, commenting, “Yoon Hoo has grown so much.”
The photo shows Yoon Hoo enjoying a meal with his father after returning to Korea for his winter break.
Last year, Yoon Hoo announced his admission to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, the first public university in the United States. At the time, Yoon Min-soo explained that it is particularly challenging for international students to gain admission to the university. He noted that even Korean students accepted into Ivy League schools have occasionally been rejected by UNC Chapel Hill. Although widely recognized as a top-tier institution in the U.S., it remains relatively less known in Korea. Yoon Min-soo described his son’s admission as “an honor for the family.”
Yoon Min-soo and Yoon Hoo previously gained popularity through the MBC entertainment program Dad! Where Are We Going?, where their heartwarming father-son dynamic became a hot topic.
