On the 6th, the youtube variety show Zzanbro featured 'When the Stars Gossip' 's lead actors Gong Hyo Jin and Lee Min Ho as guests.

During the show, Gong Hyo Jin shared her current status as a "Gom-shin" (meaning she's in a relationship with someone serving in the military) and also talked about the proposal she received from her husband, Kevin Oh, before their marriage.

She explained, "He asked me to go for a walk with the dog, and we went to play near the Bukhan River. My husband told me he bought a moving camera and wanted to test it by filming me. I thought nothing of it, but suddenly he asked, 'Do you marry me?' There was no ring or anything, so I told him to do it again later. I was disappointed."

She continued, "But when we got home, he actually proposed. He had scattered flower petals and placed 10 cards with a story on the way up to the house. As I read them one by one, I started crying. He's really good at writing. He put our photos on the cards and wrote a story with a clear beginning, middle, and end."

Gong Hyo Jin then added, "When I opened the door to the house, he gave me the ring. The disappointment earlier was part of the plan. I cried a lot when I saw the ring," sharing the heartfelt proposal from her husband with warmth and humor.

Gong Hyo Jin married Kevin Oh, a singer, in October 2022. Kevin Oh, who is currently serving in the military, will be discharged this coming June.
