SM Entertainment launches 30th anniversary celebration project
SM Entertainment, founded on February 14, 1995, will mark its 30th anniversary next year by rolling out a series of exciting online and offline projects. These include the SM Town Live Concert featuring all SM artists, an SM Town Album showcasing SM’s unique music, a live orchestra concert combining K-pop and classical music, and a 30th anniversary brand film.
The celebration kicks off with the release of a brand film titled 'THE CULTURE' on the SM Town YouTube channel. This film captures SM’s 30-year journey and cultural heritage, presenting nostalgic episodes such as fans practicing their favorite idols’ dances, dreaming of performing on stage, and reminiscing about the influence SM artists had on their youth. The film also features S.E.S. member Bada and her daughter Lua, emphasizing the power of music across generations.
SM’s 30th anniversary logo, with the message 30 YEARS AND MORE, reflects its commitment to continue leading and growing K-pop culture. Additionally, the project imagery, inspired by tree rings, symbolizes the impact SM has had on the world over the past 30 years, sparking anticipation for the anniversary content set to be released in the coming months.
