Sooyoung, member of Girls’ Generation and accomplished actress, turned heads with her striking appearance and graceful pitch at a recent baseball game.

The match between the Doosan Bears and the NC Dinos for the 2025 Shinhan SOL Bank KBO League took place on May 11 at Jamsil Baseball Stadium in Songpa-gu, Seoul.

Taking the mound for the ceremonial first pitch, Sooyoung wore a white Doosan Bears jersey paired with bootcut jeans and red sneakers—highlighting her tall frame and slim figure. Notably, she opted for flat shoes and a modest, practical outfit, setting a positive example for ceremonial pitch attire.

Sooyoung delivered a clean windup and accurate throw, earning cheers from the crowd. Her sharp facial features, bob haircut, and radiant smile stood out, adding to the charm of the moment as she warmly greeted fans.

Sooyoung is set to return to television on May 12 with the premiere of tvN’s Monday–Tuesday drama 'Second Shot at Love'. The series follows a woman who once considered herself a sensible drinker, only to be reunited with her first love—who dislikes alcohol—and begins navigating her first alcohol-free life. Sooyoung stars as Han Geum Joo, a confident, 10-year veteran auto mechanic who’s as skilled with tools as she is with a drink in hand.
