On the evening of the 29th, former ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin appeared on music critic Kim Young Dae’s YouTube channel, ‘School of Music with Kim Young Dae’, where she shared that BTS’s V had been a source of encouragement.
Min humorously recounted that “V occasionally calls me from the military. Sometimes, I wonder, ‘Is he really in the army?’ He’s such a bright and cheerful person. We speak informally to each other, and he asked in his usual, carefree way, ‘Are you doing okay?’” She added that V sent her a heartfelt message on her birthday, saying, “He’s incredibly warm-hearted and kind, which really moved me.”
Reflecting on her recent legal challenges, she shared that V commented on her openness, saying, “He wondered if it was okay for me to be so transparent with the world.” Min responded, “I told him I was actually holding back a lot in those moments.”
Meanwhile, the Seoul Central District Court dismissed Min’s injunction request to reinstate her as CEO of ADOR. HYBE responded to the decision, saying, “We are grateful for the court’s wise judgment and will focus on normalizing ADOR’s operations and supporting our artists.” However, Min's team expressed discontent, asserting that the shareholder agreement remains valid and urging HYBE to reappoint her as CEO. Min’s representatives indicated they would consider pursuing her rights further if the CEO position is not reinstated.
