Former Brave Girls member Hyeran embarks on her solo career.
Hyeran, formerly of Brave Girls, is officially launching her solo career. Operating under the stage name JAIN ROS since 2021, Hyeran will release her single album ‘0 1 2 3’ on October 8th at noon KST, marking the beginning of her solo journey as a singer.
Hyeran explained the message behind her new single album, saying, “It’s about the moment when you take your first steps into the society of your dreams, experiencing new situations for the first time. The album carries a hopeful message, saying, ‘Don’t be discouraged, let’s move forward together, and this too shall pass.’”
She further introduced the album, noting that “Tracks 1 and 2, ‘0 - PLAZMARIA [963Hz]’ and ‘639Hz,’ are crafted with synth sounds and ambient music that explore self-discovery and healing. These tracks use frequencies designed to resonate with the body, delivering a sense of real calm. The album also features the mid-tempo title track, ‘PLAY WITH Ü,’ which carries the message, ‘You’re not alone, I’m with you,’ inviting listeners to take a moment to reflect amidst the busyness of modern life.”
Hyeran was heavily involved in the production of the entire album, composing the first two tracks and contributing to both the lyrics and composition of the title song. The title track also features a collaboration with Yoojin, Hyeran’s former Brave Girls bandmate.
After stepping away from group activities in 2017, Hyeran continued creating music and videos. She traveled to Russia and the United States to learn about global production trends and has remained actively involved in her music career.
