On October 4, Chef Ahn Yu Seong shared that there were some disappointing aspects of the game rules on the show. He confessed, "I wish the rules were a bit more fair." He continued, "It's difficult to hold a cooking competition even just once," and spoke up about the current situation in the restaurant industry.

In the latest episodes of 'Culinary Class Wars,' the white spoon team and black spoon team were divided into three different teams. The three teams were then given a restaurant mission where they had to open their operate their own unique restaurants.

However, in the middle of preparations, the three teams were given a new rule where they had to vote one member off the team and the outcasts would create a new restaurant.

Chef Ahn Yu Seong was originally part of Chef Choi Hyun Seok's team but was voted out by fellow teammates, leading him to join the "outcast" team.

Regarding this, Chef Ahn Yu Seong shared, "People said I was like their father and that it was like watching their father get ostracized at work." He added, "I think a lot of younger viewers were angry about this (rule)." Chen Ahn also explained that he maintained a good relationship with the other teammates and they had all contemplated heavily before making the decision.

Chef Ahn also mentioned how the editing of the video can make viewers misunderstand situations. He explained, "I think a lot of people can misunderstand because of the editing. At the filming sight, everything put forth the effort to abide by the rules."

He also expressed disappointment that he was unable to show his true skills on the show as a 'Sushi' master. He also thanked the viewers, acknowledging the success of the show. He said, "The love from the viewers was so great that it overshadowed everything and this was a blessing in disguise."
