Min Hee Jin, CEO of ADOR, emerged from the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency after an intensive 8-hour investigation regarding embezzlement accusations.
Min Hee Jin's police interrogation marks the first formal step in an investigation initiated by accusations from HYBE, ADOR's parent company. The allegations, which surfaced last month, claim that Min misappropriated company funds for personal use.
According to sources close to the investigation, Min was questioned extensively about her financial management practices and specific transactions flagged by HYBE's internal audit team. Dressed in a simple, professional outfit, Min appeared composed as she addressed reporters gathered outside the police station.
Following the long investigation process, Min Hee Jin garnered much attention as she was spotted walking out of the police station with a bright smile.
When reporters asked her what she talked about during the investigation, Min Hee Jin replied that she just told the truth and that July 9 was not the initial investigation day. She requested the date be moved forward because she has an impatient personality. Since the investigation is over, Min Hee Jin says she feels relieved and refreshed.
