ADOR's board of directors and CEO Min Hee Jin are holding a board meeting this week.
According to insiders, ADOR's board of directors notified HYBE they'll be holding a board meeting in Seoul on May 10 KST. The board of directors currently includes CEO Min Hee Jin, Vice President Shin, and Creative Director Kim.
ADOR's legal representative Sejong Law Firm previously stated, "The decision has been made the board of directors meeting will be held by May 10, and the general shareholders meeting will be held by the end of May. We'll give any additional information to the court by May 13." If there is an additional meeting with shareholders, it will be held after the 15th.
As previously reported, HYBE has accused CEO Min Hee Jin of theft of ADOR's management rights and breach of trust, and she has denied all charges.

I'm sure she already knows the outcome, the meeting is being done so she and the directors that took her side could hope for a better pay out for voluntarily stepping down and getting a severance package vs. getting stripped off authority, kicked to the curb, and losing their stock options for breach of contract.
