'True Story Expedition' hosted by MBC has recently conveyed a sad story about the imprisonment and brutal assault of Afreeca TV streamer, Bitberry. BJ (Broadcast Jockey) Bitberry made a teary appearance in the 234th episode of 'True Story Expedition,' which was released on October 12.

In a heart-wrenching scene, Bitberry, visibly traumatized, took off her hat to reveal her closely cropped hair. In tears, she confessed, "All my hair was cut off, and I was held captive in the bathroom without a shred of clothing. I didn't want to die. I desperately wanted to live."

'True Story Expedition' delved into the horrifying account of the abuse inflicted on Bitberry by her husband, Mr. A, whom she had lived with for seven years. Mr. A reportedly subjected both his wife and their innocent dog to inhumane water torture.

As her fame soared, Bitberry allegedly fell victim to her husband’s increased interference and control over her broadcast appearances. Mr. A pressured her into sporting progressively more risqué outfits, objectifying her without remorse. When she resisted, he cruelly retorted, "You are a mere product. A product should be devoid of an ego and a consciousness."

Narrating a chilling tale of torment, 'True Story Expedition' revealed that Bitberry was regularly subjected to severe domestic violence whenever she dared to stand up against Mr. A's exploitative commands. Ultimately, she was left with no choice but to abide by her husband's constraints to ensure her survival. Bitberry reassured the production team that her traumatic experiences were genuine and instilled a deep, paralyzing fear in her.

In a previous social media post from last August, Bitberry recounted her horrifying ordeal: "I was assaulted and held captive by the perpetrator around 5 AM on the 13th, and my cell phone was stolen. On the evening of the 14th, the same perpetrator hit me with a wooden cutting board when I was completely vulnerable. He struck me on the back of the head, strangled me, and left me while binding my hand and feet until 5 AM the next morning."

Bitberry later clarified, "Even though a post was made on my Instagram saying that my account had been recovered along with a smiley photo, my hands and feet were still bound at the time, and it was not me who made the post." 

Barely managing to escape her living nightmare, Bitberry bravely reported her abuse to the local police station, leading to the eventual arrest of her husband.
