IU's label announced plans to track down illegally booked and traded fan concert tickets.
On September 2, EDAM Entertainment announced they're taking measures to inform fans of illegal ticket reservations for IU's upcoming concert '2023 IU Fan Concert I+UN1VER5E'. The agency will be permanently expelling members of IU's official fan cafe for illegal ticket transactions and attempts to trade, and in addition, their Melon Ticket ID will be restricted for one year.
According to reports, there were a total of 12 illegal ticket transactions, including resellers. '2023 IU Fan Concert I+UN1VER5E' is IU's first offline event since her 11th anniversary fan meeting in 2019, and since the start of the pre-sale for her official fan club, all seats to the concert were sold out. The sales recorded the highest number of simultaneous users buying at one time.
Stay tuned for updates on IU.
