The British Ambassador to South Korea talked about BLACKPINK’s music and attendance at Queen Elizabeth II’s birthday party last year.
On the broadcast of tvN’s ‘You Quiz on the Block’ aired on June 21, British Ambassador to South Korea Colin Crooks was asked about his favorite Korean singer, to which he replied:
“I especially like 90s singers like Seo Taiji but for contemporary singers it's definitely BLACKPINK".
“There are a lot of BLINKs at the embassy, especially last year when BLACKPINK came as a special guest to Queen Elizabeth's birthday party.”

He also took the opportunity to mention the exceptional connection he has with the superstar group, as BLACKPINK served as climate change ambassadors during the UK climate change conference presidency last year in an exceptional and honorable role.
