Highly acclaimed director Kim Sung Hoon is known for his impressive works such as the Netflix series 'Kingdom,' and his upcoming film, 'Unofficial Operation,' featuring actors Ha Jung Woo and Joo Ji Hoon, is already making headlines. On June 28 KST, the movie released new images of Joo Ji Hoon as the anticipation for the story rises. 

The film follows the journey of two characters; diplomat Min Jun (Ha Jung Woo) and local taxi driver Pan Soo (Joo Ji Hoon), as they travel to Beirut to rescue a missing colleague. Joo Ji Hoon, who has previously shown his ability to bring a unique aura to his performances in works such as 'Along with the Gods' series, 'Dark Figure of Crime,' and 'Kingdom,' will be playing the role of a Lebanese taxi driver with a swindler's temperament. The images released of Joo Ji Hoon promise an action-packed movie. 

Speaking about his involvement in the project, Joo Ji Hoon said, "I had fun playing the part of someone who only thought about his own gains to survive in a strange land, meeting his colleagues, and transforming to become a better person."

The movie is set to hit theaters on August 2 KST, and audiences are sure to be captivated by the intricate storyline and unforgettable performances.
