FNC Entertainment's Korean/Japanese joint audition program 'The Idol Band: Boy's Battle' has confirmed its premiere date, coming up on December 6.
'The Idol Band: Boy's Battle' seeks talented contestants who have what it takes to become the members of the next global superstar idol band. The selected contestants will then be formed into teams by the program's resident band producers, competing against one another to become the next in line to continue the legacy of idol bands.
The program will be MC-ed by SF9's Rowoon and former IZ*ONE member Yabuki Nako. The participating idol band producers include F.T. Island, CNBLUE, and N.Flying as representatives of South Korea, as well as Kankaku Piero and KEYTALK representing Japan. Additionally, FNC Entertainment's chief producer Han Sung Ho and Sharam Q's leader/guitarist Hatake will join the program as special masters, offering advice and direction to the young rising stars of Asia's band scene.
'The Idol Band: Boy's Battle' will air simultaneously in Korea and Japan via SBS M (December 6), SBS FiL (December 6), and TBS Japan (December 3). Will you be watching?
