i think she isnt invited BECAUSE of her fansite master status.,.. the invitation is written to "Madamme ...." as in her name.. not her ID on the fansite..
she is likely in some prestigious family or is rich. which is why she is invited to luxury brand events, maybe because she is like a VVIP customer of the brand also, or holds a black card or something grand.
running the fansite is probably something she like to do.. i am sure there are many super rich ppl who adhore idols and run their fansites also.
